Try Now: Mega Lashes

Try Now Mega Lashes

This fall, overly-exaggerated, almost doll-like lashes were all over the runways -- paired with everything from clean, bare skin at Miu Miu to dramatic red lips at Gucci. Subtle they are not, but that's the appeal.

There's three fantastic options for getting Penelope Tree-esque lashes. If you want a super winged-out effect, apply a few coats of Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Mascara to upper and lower lashes, pulling diagonally away from the eye. The curvy brush shape ensures each lash is wrapped with the water-resistant formula -- plus you can skip the lash curler. Dolce and Gabbana Secret Eyes Mascara is ultra-lengthening and defining -- and perfect for getting the hard-to-reach inner corner lashes. For major volume, Maybelline's Great Lash is still a classic, but now available in a limited edition Tracy Reese-designed tube. Start by wiggling the brush at the lash line to create super-thick, super-dramatic lashes.

Where to buy:

Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Mascara, $24, sephora.com

Dolce & Gabbana Secret Eyes Mascara, $29, saks.com

Maybelline Great Lash Limited Edition Tracy Reese Mascara, $7, drugstores
