Slimmers

Slimmers should not skip meals in an effort to reduce. The number of meal should remain the same but the quantity at each meal should be reduced.

Eat a plate of salad first before you start your meal. Make salads a must with every meal, thus ensuring a big dose of vitamins for the whole family. Use whatever is in season - tomato chunks, carrot sticks or cucumber.

Eat slowly. Chew your food well. Do not swallow. Soon you will realize that the quantity of food consumed is less, yet more satisfying.
