Balanced Diet

The condition of the skin and hair are dependent largely on the food you consume. Hence the importance of healthy, nutritive foods cannot be ignored.

A protein rich diet is essential for the cell renewal process of the skin and hair. Include curd in your daily menu.

Foods rich in Vitamin A like carrots and others rich in Vitamin C like tomatoes are excellent. Remember vitamin C gets destroyed on heating, so fresh tomato juice is far more nutritive than a bowl of hot tomato soup.
