The best exercise for the feet is walking barefoot, on the grass, if possible.Creaming feet daily goes a long way towards keeping the skin soft and adds to foot beauty.
Cracked Feet Turn Baby Soft
Morning routine..Rub heels with a pumice stone daily bathing. It removes the dead skin without hurting. Massage a good hand and body lotion. Remove excess with a tissue.
Bed time routine..
Before going to bed, soak feet in warm water to which a small sachet of shampoo has been added. Wash after 10 minutes. Mix a few drops of lemon juice with 1tsp vaseline taken out on the palm of your hand. Rub this lemon-vaseline into the cracked heels till it gets absorbed. You may wipe off the excess with a tissue.
