Tips for preventing and curing Wrinkles
- Massage your face & neck with almond oil (Badaam Rogan) with upward, circular motion.The oil is available even with chemists.
- Cut a vitamin E capsule open. Mix Vitamin E capsule (opened up) and enough glycerin to make a paste. Apply on your face with a brush in the upward direction. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.
- Fresh malai (not for oily skin) left on the face overnight, is very effective for wrinkles.
- An effective, simple exercise to keep your facial muscles tight. File your mouth with air as if you are filling air into a balloon. keeping the air trapped in the mouth, carry it to the side into the cheek, thus blowing your cheek.
